VOiLA3D (incorporated as Voila Scientific Needs Private Limited) is a Deep Technology company focused on Large Scale 3D Printing Solutions and Robotic Digital Fabrication.

Founded in 2015 as a Digital Micro Factory to provide on-demand local manufacturing catering to Markets of One,  VOiLA3D is one of the first & early entrants in India to practically  implement the principles of digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 practices by establishing  Digital Micro Factory  with a fleet of Ultimaker and Formlabs 3D Printers enabled with 24/7  lights-off manufacturing capabilities.

Having worked over the years with clients far and wide to meet their requirements of on-demand industrial 3D Printing services; backed by a team with extensive knowledge in material science and manufacturing technologies, Team VOiLA3D in the year 2019 initiated research in Additive Extrusion towards development of FGF Pellet Extrusion System for use in Large Scale 3D Printing Applications.

After nearly 3.5 years of dedicated research and development, in early 2023 VOiLA3D launched its Large Scale Robotic FGF 3D Printing Solution. In June 2023, VOiLA3D  installed India’s first Large Scale Robotic FGF 3D Printing Facility in Bangalore.
